Install of Modules

MEI loaded, delivered to site, assembled, and safely lifted 1056 modules for a subfab in Richardson, TX. This work was often performed in inclement conditions with very rigid timelines and requiring intense coordination with multiple subcontractors involved in the process. All modules were safely lifted in lift groups of up to 120 feet in length, with the work being done during second shift hours so as not to impact other construction being performed by other contractors / trades during the normal day shift business hours. The aggressive schedule as outlined by the client and end customer was completed with three weeks to spare, and with no modules being damaged during the process.

The lifting equipment involved included MEI 25-ton and 60-ton cranes, and utilized specialized equipment, including (24) KONI lifts for synchronized lifts of the assembled lift groups.
