MEI Utah Broadens Project Reach with New 40/60 Versa-Lift

June 15th, 2017

Built with maneuverability, power, and ease of use in mind, MEI Rigging & Crating in Utah seriously extended their capabilities with the addition of a 40/60 Versa-Lift. The 57,000-pound new piece of equipment, can lift 40,000 pounds with the base retracted or up to 60,000 pounds with the base extended.

This dramatically opens up the possibility for bigger projects that need more lift in tight spaces. This will become part of the fleet of Versa-Lifts, including a  25/35 Versa-Lift that has a maximum lift of 35,000 pounds.

The new Versa-Lift will also help MEI Utah expand more into a need in Utah for a lift with mechanical projects and it will also increase MEI’s full range of lifting services.

“This will be a great addition to future of MEI projects,” says Shelby Standefer, MEI Rigging & Crating Utah Operations Manager, “especially for boilers, tanks, chillers and anything that needs a lot of capacity or contains a tight space.”

MEI’s Forklift and Versa-Lift Division specialize in truck loading, loading flat racks, heavy equipment moving, in any awkward or tight spaces.
